Polanica-Zdrój is under permanent development for more than 200 years, when the a small village gained its reputation as a health resort. It is great place for bike tourism, hiking and survival training. During winter Polanica becomes great starting point for trips to higher located Zieleniec, a real paradise for skiers.
Poland's newest spa attracts not only health resort visitors. In its offer there are also trendy Survival schools, expeditions, training and integration meetings for companies. Often and often Polanica is treated by tourists as a starting point for exploring whole Kłodzko valley. By car, bike or on foot the tourists explore mysterious peaks of the Table mountains, old towns and underground showplaces.

Enthusiasts of mountain biking arrive yearly to Polanica from whole Poland and foreign countries. Kłodzko county is ideal training place for road and mountain cyclists, because of its upright road configuration. The town itself has a great bike route, called by bikers "hells loop".
